What's the best way for me to keep track of my stats as far as sales vs. clicks as so on.

Is there some sort of software that will manage all this?

Not sure what you are looking for exactly. If you want website stats most hosting providers have one built into there system for free like Awstats. You can also use http://www.google.com/analytics/ which track various stats of your website.

As far as managing stats for affilate sales I will have to pass on this one because I don't have a clue.
