Does someone banned by any Bookmarking site?

I am wondered to know when one of my friend get banned from a bookmarking site. IMO the basic purpose of such sites is to bookmark our links from anywhere but I know people use it to get links. I have never heard that someone get banned before this. Does someone else get banned ever?

UM, are you asking if people get banned from social bookmark sites? If so yes it happens all the time to many people. That's what happens when you abuse a bookmark website, then ban you.

If you are going to bookmark your website or page at least make sure the content on that pages offers something to the viewer.
