Social bookmarking is a good way to get traffic. I would also try diggs it will help the optimization of a site also. Another thing i would do is link exchange. Find webmaster that are in the same niche. Talk to them and exchange link with them. These links are extremely valuable it will bring you more authority in your niche and it will bring you in front pages in SERPs for your keywords.
