Google analytics is pretty good and you can find all the details here http://www.google.com/analytics/. Also most half way decent hosting companies come with Awstats now and they provided a good detailed stats report.

I use Google analytics, because it is easy to access because it's tied into all of my other google products i use (igoogle, gmail, etc etc). But, like batmeds said, there's plenty of other website stats programs that you could use.

Many people like sitemeter, though you can only see the stats of the last 100 visitors... which is fine for a brand new site, but if you have 500 visitors a day, then this isn't good.

Try out different ones and see which ones you like the best.
