How to get index by yahoo and msn

I have been concentrating to get indexed or listed on google and have completely ignored yahoo and msn, as there aren't many traffic coming from it. I want to know how to optimize your site/ blog to get it indexed quickly yahoo or msn and get it to the top 10 spots.

One thing that works for Yahoo is to submit your site to their directory. After they approve you will also be available for their SERP. DMOZ.com if you are lucky enough they will approve your site very quickly.

The best way to get indexed in major search engines is put your website link at another website with HIGH PR or HIGH TRAFFIC. Website will get indexed within 2 - 3 days and at max 7 days.

Yeah the web crawers regularly check high pr'ed pages. Sadly it is not easy to get such link. You will have to buy such links. Or put it youtube describtion. This is the easy and free way to get high pr link.
