IE6 With Security Problems?

Is it true that Internet Explorer 6 is plagued with security problems? How about IE7, is it any good and what is your preferred browser for browsing the web?

I am using Firefox right now. I am quite happy with it. It is not the best browser but it is the better choice you know. As it comes to IE7 there are a lot of modifications compared to the old IE6. I guess microsoft have tighten the security. Btw the new IE8 is out and available for download.

Dont konw abot IE6 But the new version IE8 is cool with all security and no problem with it .Im using beta version and till now no problem with it

Dunno IE6 works perfectly fine here. As BuckBuck said FF is not the best browser there but it serves the purpose. I like IE and will always love it as still for FF i had to edit websites CSS / Javascripts and sometimes scripts dont work perfectly with FireFox.

IE6 has no security issues but if you want tabbed browsing then go for IE7 its a better browser overall than IE6.

I have tried IE8. i would say not to upgrade to IE8 as its in beta and has some bugs with sites using AJAX.

Yes there is security problem in Internet Explorer 6. Few days before I was using Internet Explorer 6 only. Now I am using Internet Explorer 7. It is very good while comparing with that of Internet Explorer 6.

yes, i am also using Internet explorer 7. i think this is a best explorer, i am using it since 8 months, still i never got any problems.....
when compared to internet explorer 6, the internet explorer 7 is best one....
