More than one domain?

I have a plan to buy domains for my future crime blog. One will be forwarding all the visitors to the other. Is it worth it invest money in the second domain? Is it effective? How more traffic would i get?

If you dont get traffic on the second you wont get on the first either. I think you should advertise the first one now and think about buying a new one later
