The blog look nice. Well i did not undestand a word. It seems like you have around 200-300 visitors daily? I personally dont like the three column blog. There is way too much stuff on it. The blog is loading a little bit too long. You can consider creating some kind of a header for it. It will look so much nicer.

One thing that got me laughting. AW Suerveys? They are scam. A lot of people know it. You can look up for info for them. I dont know if anyone has been paid.

A good Site With Good Amount of ads . Good Content but cant understand the language !
