Is video advertising ready for the Web?

Hi all,

I run a small business and am reasonably web savvy. Am working on SEO for my site. I wish to make a video ad. Are video ads too expensive?Any pointers on how to produce them on a low budget? Next, how do I get them to my online audience? How do I distribute this within my online Bay Area customer base? No point producing an ad no one can watch. Look forward to any ideas.

Good news is video ads are no longer expensive to make but cost a bit to distribute – so plan on some budget – it’s not all free!
